神主修行のために上京した天地に、クラスメイトの神代佐久耶が急接近。恋のライバルの登場に魎呼、阿重霞も黙ってられない。鷲羽の次元トンネルを使い、嫌がる天地をよそに何かとちょっかいを出す毎日。美星や清音も柾木家に居候し、砂沙美を守る為に魎皇鬼もロボに変身。狗麗稗吐やそれを影から操る幽戯の思惑も混ざり合い、天地の回りには騒動が絶えないようである。
Plot Summary:Set in yet another different Tenchi Muyo universe, this series follows the adventures of Tenchi as he leaves his home for Tokyo for more schooling and there he meets Sakuya, a girl his age who seems quite eager to become Tenchi's girlfriend, an ambition which brings on the wrath of Ryoko and Ayeka. Also thrown into the mix is a strange being named Yugi who's interest in Tenchi may not be entirely benevolent
