Surreal silent film from cinema's infancy. A one-armed beggar receives a new limb from a strange store that specializes in human appendages. The new arm has a mind of its own, though, and brings the man nothing but trouble. Produced by the Vitagraph Company, this rare short boasts astounding trick photography and FX for its age.
Plot Summary:A one-armed man obtains an artificial limb. The man cannot control his new arm, which steals from passers-by.
