Two years after fiancé Elvis jilted her at the altar Lance corporal Georgie Lane, an experienced paramedic, leaves new boyfriend Jamie to travel to Kenya with Captain James and 2 section on a humanitarian tour dealing with Somalian refugees. In Kenya itself the reception is largely friendly but Georgie's services are required when Al-Shabaab terrorists plant an IED which causes several casualties.
